About Yatta!

Yatta! (やった! — "I did it!") helps learners study for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) with two things working together: clear, friendly guides to grammar, vocabulary and kanji, and a free question bank where you can practise every written question type with instant feedback. The name says it all — we want you to hit that やった! moment when something finally clicks.

Our aim is to be the most helpful and accurate JLPT reference online — explanations that actually answer the question you searched for, backed by real examples, and practice that feels like the real exam. When you miss a question, we link you straight to the guide that explains it, so studying and testing reinforce each other.
